Welcome the May new moon, and set the stage to build anew, in a guided lying down meditation known as Yoga Nidra.
When: Friday, May 3, 2019 at 6PM
Where: Toronto Yoga Co., Toronto
with Jacklyn and Quinn as they partner up to offer an extended special Mother’s Day class featuring a gentle flow, transitioning to restorative, and then onto Nidra to close the practice in a restful lying down guided meditation.
with Jacklyn guest teaching to offer a 75 min movement class — a blend of vinyasa flow and functional movement to enhance your yoga practice.
