Strong deep-abdominal muscles are one of the keys to a well controlled and sustainable yoga practice. We’ll bring awareness to how our torso and limbs work together and find strength and stability on and off our mats.

When we think of lower body strength, hips and legs come to mind, but feet, ankles and knees are often overlooked and as such, our yoga practice and our mobility can suffer. Most of us sit for a good portion of the day which can cause our hip flexors to become weak and limit our range of motion. If your lower body is unstable you will have problems with balance and movement.  Learn how to activate your entire lower body in a fun and engaging way to safely support standing and balance postures.
