Shares from the heart.
This blog is a little corner of my digital abode where you’ll find seemingly random (yet always intentional) musings, meanderings and teachings. From my heart to yours. Where I drop all that this 1/3 Manifesting Generator investigator can muster, in hopes you feel supported too.
I stopped idolizing it.
So I prayed again.
I practiced the art of believing, more intentionally.
I prayed to God for space.
I prayed for clarity.
And here’s the wild thing about the unshakeable art of believing: it delivers.
Focus is a skill, not a vibe.
The Training Room Isn’t Glamorous
These are for the moments when it’s not glamorous and it can feel deeply uncomfortable. But whatever that ‘it’ is that you may experiencing, it truly only shows up when you’re ready (whether you fully realize it or not).
Regardless of how crystal clear everything may have at one time felt, for one reason or many, right now, is not.
And that feels tender. And so human of us to feel that.
Retreating when it’s tender.
We see it all the time, people “retreat” only to fill their time with otherness. How many times have you simply “retreated” by filling the space with otherness? We’re all guilty. After all, we’re human.
The paradox of patience.
The patient ones are willing to move slow. They choose obedience, over trends, or expectations of others. So, next time you’re wondering why something hasn’t “happened yet”, notice.
Tender seasons in real time.
“She’s back.”
“You’re inspiring me.”
“You’re helping me to know what it will feel like when I come out of hiding.”
“I’m so proud of you.”
“I love the way you communicate.”
“Love this perspective. Gives me hope.”
“You’re glowing.”
Don’t hold back.
It doesn’t need to be a loud announcement.
But take bold internal action.
Make a choice.
Make a decision.
And for the love of God, don’t hold back.
Woman, you’re not behind.
You’re not behind. And even in your tenderness, joy is available and expansion is possible. Share this with a woman who could use this message today, too.
When everything goes quiet.
It’s about deciding again and again that you already have a level of mastery that serves. And that it is a disservice to you and others not to move.

I met my younger self for coffee (part 3).
(…continued) We walk silently—at a fairly brisk pace, yet nothing feels rushed. I love how much she’s taking in, still, has always had a pep in her step.
I met my younger self for coffee (part 2).
(…continued) I could see the wheels upstairs totally spinning—contemplating the ‘best’ way to answer, to appear composed and as though she had it all together. When really, all she wanted was to say how things really felt in her physical reality. And maybe have a good cry.
I met my younger self for coffee (part 1).
(…continued) I noticed her breath, feeling trapped high in her chest, a little wobbly. Restless, anxious, yet heart on her sleeve. I could feel my deep inhale and exhale, belly soft. Grounded. At ease. Heart wide open.
